If there is a problem with your order — for example, a damaged item or an incorrect title — please contact us promptly so we can put it right. The sooner you let us know, the more easily we can help.

Items may be eligible for return where they are reported promptly and remain in their original condition. Certain items, such as stationery that has been opened or used, may not be eligible for return.

Where a return is approved, a refund or replacement will be arranged in line with our store policies. Refunds are issued using your original payment method where possible.
